Breakfast was very good and offered a decent selection. The room was nicely cleaned and had adequate lighting. The hotel was conveniently located in relation to tourist attractions.
The bed was uncomfortable, and we spent most of the night tossing and turning. The staff at the reception wasn't too helpful and didn't have enough information about the tourist attractions we were interested in.

I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. The location was right by everything I wanted to do. No complains at all, I would definitely go again.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away. We greatly enjoyed the room. You should definitely explore Nowa Huta district, it's worth it...

The hotel was in a great location, not too far from the city center but far enough to have a peaceful stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a range of options. Another great aspect was the secure parking lot for the car.
The wifi was on and off and there was not a kettle in the room.

We enjoyed the quiet and green surroundings with a big lake nearby. The hotel facilities were clean with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, safe parking, and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast had a good varied choice. We felt safe with secure parking.

Located in an otherwise dull area, the hotel is close to the lake, making for a nice view. Taking the tram after dark is not recommended, as the area is not the most exciting. the rooms are pretty comfortable and clean, albeit small. the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast spread is decent, with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel can be quite noisy at times, as was the case during a wedding on the premises.
